You can select “Ship to another person” when entering the shipping details, and we will take care of the rest with the utmost attention.

We carefully review your order details before processing to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience.

For your peace of mind, we photograph the gift before and after packaging, and the images can be shared with you upon request.

After the order is prepared, we contact the recipient to confirm the delivery location and timing while preserving the surprise as much as possible.

You will also be notified once the delivery has been completed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Huna Gifts, we are committed to delivering your gift safely and on time, with attention to every detail to ensure a memorable experience for you and the recipient.

First: Delivery Within Riyadh
- Delivery within 24–48 hours: SAR 29 (during business hours and after order confirmation).
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and special occasions.

Second: Express Delivery
Express delivery within the city is available through approved delivery applications, depending on service coverage in your area. Coordination will be made with the customer before processing the order.

Third: Shipping Across the Kingdom
- Shipping to all regions of Saudi Arabia within 2–5 business days.
- Shipping fee: SAR 30.
- All products can be shipped except fresh flowers, plants, and perishable or edible items.

Fourth: Important Notes
- Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and contact number.
- The store is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information or inability to reach the recipient.
- If the delivery driver waits more than 25 minutes for the recipient, the delivery may be rescheduled according to the applicable fees.
- Orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun or a shipping label has been issued.
