Return and Exchange Policy
At Huna Gifts – www.hunagift.com, we care about you and strive to ensure your experience with us is complete and exceptional. Due to the nature of flowers and gift products, which are carefully prepared and may be perishable or customized upon request, the following Return and Exchange Policy has been established to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties:
First: General Conditions
1) To request a return or exchange, the order number or invoice and proof of purchase must be provided.
2) The customer is responsible for reviewing all product details carefully (description, contents, delivery city, date and time) before completing the order.
3) Any order that has entered the preparation or customization stage is considered a made-to-order product and is subject to the conditions stated below.
Second: Order Cancellation Before Preparation
1) An order may be canceled with a full refund if the cancellation is made before the order is confirmed and preparation has begun.
2) If the order has been confirmed or preparation has started, the store reserves the right to deduct the value of non-refundable services such as packaging or customization.
Third: Returns and Exchanges (For Non-Perishable Gifts Only – Not Containing Flowers or Edible Products)
Returns are allowed within:
- 3 days from the date of receipt (for refunds)
- 5 days from the date of receipt (for exchanges)
Subject to the following conditions:
1) The product must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and all accessories (if applicable).
2) If an incorrect product different from the order was received.
3) If the product does not match the description provided on the product page.
4) If the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Fourth: Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products and Services
Due to the nature of certain products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
1) Fresh flowers and all floral arrangements.
2) All edible items (including chocolates, sweets, etc.).
3) Packaging services once completed.
4) Printed or customized cards and any personalized additions.
5) Any customized product prepared according to the customer’s request.
6) Special or custom-made orders.
Fifth: Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
1) If the recipient refuses to accept the gift.
2) If incorrect information was provided at the time of order (incorrect address, phone number, etc.).
3) If the recipient is unavailable, cannot be reached, or the delivery driver waits more than 30 minutes.
4) After order preparation has started, a shipping label has been issued, or the order has been handed over to the delivery courier.
Sixth: Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a damaged product is received or an error occurs in the order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of the product and packaging. The case will be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible in accordance with store procedures.
Seventh: Refund Processing
If a return request is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider’s policy.
